Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition and, where possible, its original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@steamglow.shop with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you instructions.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo at info@steamglow.shop and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
